Bayzat pricing: modular quotes by company size
Bayzat quotes every deal and describes pricing as based on company size, modules and requirements, with some companies starting on a Core HR and Payroll bundle and adding Benefits, Talent Management or Finance modules later. A quote comes from a free consultation or demo. The vendor says the same pricing model scales from a startup with 10 employees to an enterprise with 1,000+ staff, so ask how the per-employee rate falls as headcount rises.
Insurance is priced separately as a premium, so treat the software subscription and the health policy as two budget lines. Ask whether the software fee changes if you also place insurance with Bayzat.

Editorial verdict
What Bayzat stands out for: insurance beside payroll
Bayzat is the platform I would recommend to a UAE company of 20 to 500 people that wants HR, WPS payroll and the staff health insurance policy managed in one place. Adding and removing employees from the insurance policy as they join and leave is a recurring chore in the UAE, and Bayzat ties it to the HR record.
The platform has grown beyond HR into accounts payable, corporate cards and global payments, which suits finance teams that want payroll and vendor payments together. The flip side is that pricing is quote-only and depends on which of those modules you take.
gulfHR's SAP and Oracle integrations and eight-country scope suit an older ERP-centric enterprise better, and Keka makes more sense for an Indian group with one UAE entity.
Bayzat is best for
Bayzat's sweet spot is UAE and Saudi SMBs and mid-market companies, from its small-business band of 11 to 50 staff up to large enterprises of 300+, in retail and F&B, healthcare, real estate, construction and logistics, financial services, IT and professional services. It is strongest where HR also owns the employee health insurance renewal.
Why Bayzat stands out
The difference with Bayzat is that payroll, health insurance and spend management share one employee record. When someone joins, HR can add them to the group health policy in real time, and when payroll closes the same platform can pay vendors, reimburse expenses and sync journals to QuickBooks or Xero.
Commercial fit
Bayzat sells through consultations and supports customers in English and Arabic from teams in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Its ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications help with procurement reviews at regulated employers.
Bayzat also markets by role, with separate pitches for CEOs and owners, finance professionals, HR, IT and people managers. That reflects how the product is bought: finance often signs off because payroll, payables and insurance all move money, so involve the finance lead from the first demo.
Bayzat is a Dubai-founded HR and payroll platform built for the GCC, with WPS-compliant payroll and group health insurance in the same product. The company reports 4,000-plus customers and holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certification. Pricing depends on modules and headcount, and employers outside the Gulf have little reason to consider it.

Bayzat pros and cons
Evaluating Bayzat means separating what sounds strong in the demo from what holds up after implementation for HR software teams.
Strengths
Where Bayzat earns its place for smb teams
UAE payroll rules handled
WPS SIF files are generated after each run, and gratuity follows the UAE Labour Law formula of 21 days' basic salary per year for the first five years and 30 days after that, with final settlements produced automatically.
Health insurance in the same platform
Group health insurance, individual health and motor cover are available through Bayzat, with real-time add and remove, online doctor consultations, prescriptions and mental health support.
Finance tools beyond payroll
Accounts payable, expense tracking, corporate cards, host-to-host payments and global payouts sit next to payroll, and payroll journals sync to QuickBooks and Xero.
Certified security
ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 2, with multi-factor authentication and role-based access, plus Microsoft and Google SSO.
Limitations
What to press on in Bayzat pricing calls before signing
No published pricing
Every package is quoted, so comparing Bayzat with vendors that list prices takes a sales conversation.
GCC focus
Payroll compliance is built around the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Multi-currency payouts help with expatriates, but Bayzat does not claim statutory payroll for India or Southeast Asia.
Breadth can mean paying for modules you skip
HR, payroll, insurance, finance and AI are sold as modules. A company that only needs WPS payroll may find a narrower tool cheaper.

Bayzat plan structure and what buyers should verify
Company-size segments
Bayzat markets separately to small businesses of 11 to 50 staff, medium businesses of 51 to 300 and large enterprises of 300+. Expect the proposal to follow those bands.
Implementation time and cost
Bayzat says most companies go live in two to four weeks, with its implementation team migrating employee data, configuring policies and training HR and staff. Ask whether implementation is billed or included.
Before you sign
Questions to ask Bayzat before you commit
Bayzat sells through a free demo and consultation, then a modular proposal and a two-to-four-week implementation.
1
List which modules you need now (Core HR and Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Finance) and which later, because Bayzat prices by module and you can add them over time.
2
Ask for a sample SIF file and a gratuity settlement from your own data, because WPS and end-of-service are what MOHRE and departing employees will scrutinise.
3
Get separate figures for software and insurance premiums, since the health policy is an insurance product with its own renewal cycle.
4
Confirm Saudi coverage in detail if you have a KSA entity, including GOSI automation, since the UAE features are the most documented on its site.
HiBob, marketed as 'Bob', is the HR platform that mid-market companies choose when they want something more modern than BambooHR but less enterprise than Workday.
