What this audience should prioritize

When staff sit in many offices and time zones, an AI assistant becomes a way to find answers without waiting for a colleague to come online. That only works if it can reach the right internal systems under the right permissions. Research on this category says rollouts begin with access, policy and connector decisions, not prompt design.

Moveworks and Glean are both sold to enterprises on custom quotes, and their positioning centers on broad deployment with governance and approval controls set from the start. Neither offers a free trial, so buyers see them through a vendor demo. For a company with sites in several regions, that demo is where to confirm which internal systems each tool connects to.

Sites that run different devices can all reach Microsoft 365 Copilot, which covers Windows and macOS as well as iOS, Android and the web. Writer frames generative AI as a governed program with approval-oriented automation rather than a single assistant. ChatGPT Enterprise is sold only to enterprises on a custom quote, and Claude, which publishes Team and Enterprise seat prices, has a free plan but no free trial of paid plans.

Frequently asked questions

Should a multi-region company roll out AI everywhere at once?

Category research argues against it. The faster deployments pick one business use case and a defined user group, then expand once policy is clear. Rolling out broadly before permissions and connectors are settled usually creates rework.
