I would look at TeamSystem first if your company's payroll is handled by a labour consultant who already uses TeamSystem, or if you are that consultant. Studio HR AI is built to connect the studio with its client companies and their employees, and Dipendenti in Cloud has a dedicated link back to the consultant, so attendance and leave data can reach payroll without spreadsheets being emailed around.
For a company running payroll in-house, TeamSystem HR AI comes in two editions: Essential, a self-service tool for routine HR admin, and the full modular platform with personnel administration, HCM, health and safety and a portal. TeamSystem pitches it from SMEs up to enterprise. The AI layer consists of two assistants, an HR Agent and an Employee Agent, that answer questions about contracts and labour rules and handle recurring requests.
Where it falls short is transparency and reach. Nothing on the HR pages carries a price, the Dipendenti in Cloud pricing page was offline when I checked, and the product is written for Italian employment law. A company comparing it with Zucchetti should expect a similar quote-driven process.
My practical advice: map who does what in your payroll today (in-house office, consultant, or both) and let that choose the TeamSystem product, not the other way round.
