I would put Zucchetti HR on the list for any Italian employer with a dedicated HR or payroll office that wants to run paghe in-house. The CCNL tables, arrears handling when a contract is renewed and the year-end CU and 770 outputs are the parts that generic international HR suites leave to a local payroll bureau, and here they are the core of the product.
The breadth is the second reason. Zucchetti sells attendance terminals, a shift planner, a recruiting product (InRecruiting), an LMS (Skillato), a welfare platform (ZWelfare) and a travel and expense tool (ZTravel) from the same vendor. A company that wants one Italian supplier for everything touching employees can get it.
The trade-off is that this is a modular enterprise catalogue, not a product you switch on in an afternoon. Zucchetti says it runs four separate HR software platforms for different company sizes, so the first job is working out which one you are being quoted. Outside Italy the fit drops quickly: the group has offices in countries such as Spain, Germany, France and Brazil, but the HR pages are written for Italian law.
